Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate and develop frontline staff to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Oversee cash handling processes, POS programming, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company food and physical safety programs and standards.
  • Conduct retail brand standard audits and maintain integrity of retail branded concept standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and compliance, and maintain all product merchandising, marketing, and ordering standards.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
  • Manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for high-level customer service.
  • Exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of basic management experience.
  • 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations.
