Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for making a difference in the lives of our residents.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Provide education and support to residents and their families
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in a long-term care setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of residents
