About the Role

We are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita Inc. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, working with multiple patients to ensure safe and comfortable dialysis treatment.

  • You will be responsible for monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis, including measuring and recording vital signs and patient observations.
  • As a member of our cross-functional team, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Desire to enter the healthcare field to care for others in need.
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles.
  • Ability to mix acid or bicarb.
