Job Summary

The Affiliated Sante Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Director to lead our Crisis Response System. This is a critical role that requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight and consultation to all Eastern Shore Crisis and auxiliary services
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all services
  • Establish and monitor service work schedules and ensure all service lines are covered
  • Available 24/7 as an on-call supervisor
  • Provide supervision and training to Clinical Coordinators
  • Fills in for MCT, OPS, MCSS, School Based Intervention Team, Adult Diversion services as needed
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures
  • Develops and provides community trainings
  • Participates in Community Boards and Committees as needed
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field of study
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Current licensure in Maryland for LCPC or LCSW-C and Board approved supervisor
  • Ability to work with high-risk consumers who have mental illnesses as well as developmental and physical disabilities
  • Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and no more than two points on the driving record
