We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Ortho Neuro Unit at AdventHealth. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing the needs of each patient and their family.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supervise and direct the activities of nursing assistants and other support staff.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, identifying and reporting any concerns or issues.
- Current RN license to practice in the state of Georgia.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
- Associates Degree in Nursing.
- 1 year experience in an acute care setting.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 18 months of hire.
