About the Bonds Division:

Role Summary:
We are currently seeking a Service Associate to become a vital part of our Bonds Department. This role will adopt a hybrid work model following the initial training phase.

Essential Responsibilities:
The Service Associate will undertake a variety of complex policy administration tasks in alignment with established production and quality standards. Responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing instructions from agents, underwriters, and brokers to ascertain requirements for quotes, issuances, renewals, and endorsements.
2. Calculating premiums for various transactions based on appropriate rate selection and company protocols.
3. Inputting rate, premium, and policy details into relevant systems for updates and issuance.
4. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of files.
5. Generating and updating reports and legal notices as needed.
6. Researching and resolving discrepancies in premium and billing.
7. Utilizing technology for research, tracking, and information management.
8. Communicating complex information professionally to various stakeholders.
9. Participating in departmental projects and process enhancements.
10. Providing guidance and support to junior staff and serving as a resource across functional areas.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of departmental policies and procedures, along with a broad knowledge of the business and its products. Compliance with company and regulatory standards is essential.

Additional Duties:
As required, the Service Associate may approve new business and endorsements based on defined guidelines and perform other assigned tasks.
