Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Custodian to join our team at Azusa Unified School District. As a Senior Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our school facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of school facilities.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of the school community.
• Conduct regular inspections of school facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with school administrators and staff to ensure that facilities are maintained in accordance with district policies and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to custodial staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in custodial work, preferably in a school setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
