About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our NICU, you will provide leadership and facilitate the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, delegate tasks, supervise, and document patient and family education.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program and obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire date into RN position
  • One year hospital nursing experience
  • Certificate: BLS Healthcare Provider
  • Preferred: National Certification in area of specialty
