Position Overview: The Corporate Security Operations Analyst collaborates with designated business units, alongside Risk, Compliance, and Audit (RCA) professionals, to establish, execute, and oversee a robust risk management framework tailored to their specific functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate operational processes for designated functional areas.
  • Ensure high-quality service and operational support for all assigned stakeholders.
  • Achieve objectives through effective teamwork with personnel across various levels.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data to generate insightful reports.
  • Lead special projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Typically requires a minimum of one year of relevant experience.

  • Basic knowledge of the operations, products, services, systems, and associated risks/controls of the business line.
  • Awareness of Risk, Compliance, and Audit principles.
  • Strong analytical, process management, and project coordination abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment: This role offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office attendance for three or more days per week, with flexibility for remote work on other days.
