Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate training for new Investment Advisors on all Brokerage support platforms, encompassing trading processes, corporate actions, and operational tasks.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new external users accessing Brokerage proprietary systems.
  • Serve as a communication bridge among Investment Advisors, support teams, and Financial Advisors regarding policies and procedures.
  • Configure products for utilization within the Wealth Management Advisory framework.
  • Assist in testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all system enhancements utilized by Investment Advisors.
  • Establish Investment Advisors' access to daily downloads for reconciliation activities.
  • Oversee daily reports that monitor the SMA program.
  • Act as a liaison between external Investment Advisors and the Corporate Action department concerning reorganizational offers.
  • Maintain the internal proprietary database used for generating manager profiles and performance metrics for the Advisory platform.
  • Collect and analyze survey feedback from Investment Advisors quarterly to generate performance profiles.
  • Provide quarterly oversight for the posting and validation of manager profiles.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field is mandatory.
  • 2-3 years of pertinent work experience is essential.
  • A proactive team player with self-motivation, capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to staying updated on all policy and procedural changes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
