Plant EHS Manager

CPS is seeking a highly skilled Plant EHS Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental and safety laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement regulatory programs and policies to ensure compliance with environmental and safety laws and regulations.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a safety culture and improve EHS performance.
- Develop and implement EHS improvement projects to reduce risks and improve compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification or willingness to obtain.
- Strong knowledge of environmental and safety laws, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
