We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. With over 100 facilities throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting functional independence.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses, developing effective treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. A strong background in clinical decision-making, patient education, and therapeutic exercises is essential for this role.
About the Role- You will collect and record patient care data, including initial evaluations, daily notes, reassessments, progress reports, and discharge plans.
- Preparation for evaluations will involve obtaining patient history, researching unfamiliar diagnoses, and selecting and administering tests and measures.
- You will establish treatment plans based on evaluation results, goals, and best practice, and assess and re-assess the need for modifications to the plan of care and goals.
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, with a Doctorate degree preferred.
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice is mandatory.
- Valid CPR licensure and experience/knowledge with EMR software are also desired.
- An estimated annual salary of $75,000-$90,000, depending on experience.
