  • Design and implement verification and validation strategies for product and process quality.

  • Conduct hazard and risk assessments, lead investigations into root causes, and determine requirements for new inspection tools.
  • Serve as a bridge between Quality Control and operations, while mentoring and training personnel within the Quality Department.
  • Oversee a team comprising engineers, quality technicians, and inspectors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in quality engineering is essential.
  • Proven leadership experience is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485 standards is necessary.
