Key Responsibilities- Assist with the maintenance of all equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Participate in the Preventative Maintenance Program to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Collaborate with the Building Maintenance Technician to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform duties as a Machine Operator when not assisting with maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with Production Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety rules.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
- Notify supervisors of any deficiencies or safety violations.
- Perform weekly and monthly preventative maintenance program work orders.
- Demonstrate a high degree of ownership for product quality and understanding of production schedules and work instructions.
- Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
