Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at PTC of Tennessee, LLC. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial trucks and equipment, working out of our fully equipped mobile service truck.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with commercial trucks and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment and software to determine root cause of customer complaints
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer requests and fostering a positive relationship
Requirements
  • 4 years of experience as a Diesel/Service Technician
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License and a qualified MVR abstract
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Great customer service skills
