Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Meat Manager to join our team at Lucky Supermarkets. As a Meat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the meat department, ensuring high-quality products, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign and manage job tasks, schedules, and production planning to meet sales projections.
- Enforce company policies, maintain quality control, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Merchandise and display products to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, order merchandise, and manage stockroom operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
