Job Title: Speech/Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech/Language Pathologist to join our team at the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce. As a Speech/Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and provide individual and group therapy to students with speech and language goals in mind.
  • Evaluate student progress and determine readiness for therapy termination.
  • Conduct individual evaluations to assess students with speech or language disorders and conditions.
  • Develop speech/language plans for individual intervention.
  • Participate in the Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) Committee to assist in interpretation of assessment data and goal setting for students with communication disorders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Valid Texas license as a speech-language pathologist granted by the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (SBESLPA).
  • One year of supervised clinical speech-language pathology experience.
Working Conditions:

This position requires frequent travel to multiple work locations, exposure to biological hazards, and the ability to work with frequent interruptions.
