As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Home Health, you will provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home. Your responsibilities will include providing services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the healthcare team. You will instruct patients' families in the care of the patient and maintenance of a healthy environment. You will observe, record, and report to the supervising nurse and/or physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition daily. To be eligible for this role, you must have current LPN licensure in the state of practice, a current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation. CPR Certification is also required.
