Job Title: Travel Speech Language Pathologist

At Cross Country Allied, we are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for a travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility in Seaford, Delaware.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality patient care and develop effective treatment plans in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans for patients with swallowing, speaking, and understanding disorders.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on speech and language disorders.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a skilled nursing facility.
  • Degree in relevant field.
  • BLS Certification (AHA).
  • Current state license.

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
