Documentation Control Specialist

CVRx is seeking a skilled and organized Documentation Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality / documentation control system and ensuring compliance with U.S. and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Quality System document control system, including coordinating activities related to processing change orders, including product, document, and manufacturer change orders.
  • Process supplier records, corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), issues, calibration data, marketing materials, labeling.
  • Ensure compliance with worldwide quality system regulations.
  • Collaborate with functional organizations to meet customer satisfaction goals and promote continuous process improvement.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the head of Quality.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with management of Quality System Documentation Control systems.
  • Knowledge of software applications (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
