About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to join our team at SilverCrest, an Assisted Living Facility. As a Maintenance Tech, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical plant and grounds are well-maintained, preventing breakdowns and accidents while meeting regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Director of Environmental Services to set annual goals and implement strategies to achieve them.
  • Promptly report breakdowns and anticipated issues to ensure the well-being of residents and stakeholders.
  • Support in swiftly turning around apartments for showcasing, renting, and moving in to contribute to revenue generation.
  • Actively communicate scheduled maintenance and provide input for capital budgeting.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Senior Housing working in maintenance or as a handyman.
  • Active Boilers license or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • Active Pool Operators license or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
