The Material Handler plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supply chain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, loading, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products in a timely and accurate manner.

• Warehouse Operations: Utilize forklifts and other equipment to receive, store, and distribute materials and products.
• Inventory Management: Accurately scan inventory in and out of the warehouse using RF and handheld scanners.
• Order Preparation: Prepare orders according to customer and pallet requirements.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhere to safety protocols, and report any incidents or near-misses.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Skills: Basic computer skills, ability to read and write, and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Training: Successful completion of GSI and OSHA forklift training required within one week of start date.

The Material Handler will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with frequent exposure to moving equipment and machinery. The noise level is usually loud, and the employee may be exposed to extreme temperatures.

The physical demands of this role include frequent standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
