Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at The Retreat at Conyers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and dining areas. This includes washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, and equipment, as well as cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and dining areas.

• Operate dishwashing machines and equipment to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of dishes, pots, and equipment.
• Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, including stoves, ovens, fryers, microwaves, mixers, slicers, refrigerators, freezers, work tables, prep sinks, hoods, and ventilation screens.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning floors, walls, and surfaces.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations and standards.
• Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage Director and other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of job-related experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others and maintain a positive attitude in a team environment.
