About the Role:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide education to patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- RN License in Delaware or Compact State
- BSN preferred or committed to acquiring BSN within 3 years of the hire date
- At least one year of med/surg experience as an RN is preferred
- BLS required
