We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Therapeutic Educator to join our team at Harc Inc in Hartford, Connecticut. As an ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in education and therapeutic practices, and be able to work effectively with families to develop strategies to enhance their child's development.

This is a part-time or full-time position that involves developing joint plans with families, recommending strategies utilizing evidence-based practices, and implementing IFSPs. You will also assess children's developmental needs, provide families with information and skills to enhance their child's development, and complete necessary documentation for reimbursement.

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, PTO, sick time, tuition reimbursement, and flexible schedules.

To be considered, you must have a valid driver's license, a bachelor's degree, and a valid initial provisional or professional teaching certificate from the CT State Department of Education in endorsements #112, #113, or #065. Knowledge of infant and toddler development is also essential.
