**Job Description:**

We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Wayzata Public Schools. As a key member of our preschool staff, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging and interactive learning experiences for our young students.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and implement curriculum-based lessons and activities.
  • Establish a positive and supportive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement district-wide initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • A bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Experience working with young children and their families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
