Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee systems engineering initiatives encompassing requirements gathering, architectural design, integration, validation, and documentation.
  • Direct a Software Development Team while promoting ongoing process enhancements.
  • Facilitate sprint and release planning sessions, system evaluations, and risk management strategies.
  • Utilize a Model-Based Systems Engineering methodology for effective systems design and planning.
  • Establish protocols for technical platforms and system specifications.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or a related field.

Desirable Attributes:

  • A Master's degree in a STEM discipline or a related field.
  • Industry-recognized certifications in Systems Engineering.
  • Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering tools and practices.

Security Clearance:

  • An active Top Secret clearance is mandatory.

Physical Demands:

  • Capability to remain in a stationary position for over 50% of the workday.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer operations.
