About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Capgemini Invent. As an AI Data Strategy and Governance Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through the complexities of leveraging data & AI effectively to drive strategic business outcomes.

This is a senior-level position that requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills to navigate the intricacies of modern data landscapes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop dynamic and innovative data & AI strategies for clients, driving the adoption of AI and data management best practices.
  • Evaluate emerging trends, experiment with new data & AI concepts, and champion innovative solutions and industry best practice.
  • Develop trusted client relationships, partnering to solve key challenges in data, analytics and AI delivery.
  • Support the shaping and delivery of projects and facilitate engaging and dynamic workshops in AI Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality and Operating Models.
  • Evaluate the maturity of clients' data & AI capabilities against industry-leading practices through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Provide strategic guidance on leveraging data-driven insights to inform business decision-making.

  • Strategic Thinking: Capability to provide strategic direction on data strategy & governance, guiding senior leaders in aligning data initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder engagement skills, cultivated through collaborations with diverse stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to represent the company in discussions on data strategy.
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to continuous learning, staying abreast of the latest advancements in data strategy, data management, and operating models.
