We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Memphis, Tennessee.

Job Description

As an Ultrasound Technologist with Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating and collaborating with physicians and other health team members
  • Providing and coordinating patient care with other health team members
  • Monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes
  • Administering medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Monitoring and evaluating patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
  • Sharing on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
  • Maintaining cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Transporting patients as needed
Requirements
  • One to three years experience as a Sonographer preferred
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions
  • PC skills
