About the Role

The Graphic Designer, Global Communications, will be a key member of the Global Corporate Affairs and Communications team, responsible for creating engaging design content in support of the company's communication channels and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business initiatives through design elements in both traditional and digital spaces, including presentations, tradeshow exhibits, event collateral, print materials, digital newsletters, infographics, and more.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and design is reflected across all communication platforms, including language, tone, and linkage to business strategies, while upholding existing corporate brand standards.
  • Provide counsel to the team on how best to use design to effectively communicate strategic initiatives and to appropriate target audiences.
  • Maintain awareness of design best practices and industry trends, and continue to evolve the role to deliver fresh and engaging designs.
  • Oversee project tracking system to help manage deadlines and identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, graphic design, or related field and 2-5 years of experience in corporate communications or agency environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to accept and incorporate feedback.
  • Experience working directly with corporate clients, managing expectations, and navigating ambiguity.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design programs.
  • A design portfolio showcasing an understanding of design principles in both print and digital formats.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Experiences and Skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively tailor approach to reach varied audiences.
  • Skills in video editing, animation, and HTML coding.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of social media tools and emerging techniques for advancing corporate messaging.
  • Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence peers and leaders.
  • The ability to effectively manage multiple projects or roles in an evolving environment.
  • A collaborative, flexible, and highly-motivated style, with an approach to work that motivates and energizes others.
