Clinical Therapist

Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services is seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing assessment, counseling, and treatment services to patients. You will work collaboratively with other treatment team members to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the interviewing and assessment of patients, reviewing records and conducting mental status evaluations.
- Select and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions based on clinical knowledge and educational background.
- Collaborate with treatment team members through interdisciplinary meetings, record review, and informal discussions.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient progress in medical records.
- Coordinate services and community resources as needed, and assist patients in accessing them.
- Current state licensure in an accredited Master's level program in Social Work, limited license Psychologist, or Professional Counseling.
- Obtain and maintain certification commensurate with treatment provided.
- Trained to work with patients of the designated age group, with annual continuing age-specific education and demonstrated competence.
- One to two years of postgraduate clinical experience.
