Claim Section Manager-Injury Lead

Responsibilities- Manage assigned first-line leaders and oversee their teams, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and salary activities.
- Lead teams toward desired department and company goals to maintain our position as the industry leader.
- Set team culture and vision, creating an inclusive and high-performing work environment.
- Oversee auto injury claims on behalf of the company, ensuring compliance with company procedures, applicable federal/state laws, and legal requirements.
- Have authority to make decisions in the best interest of our customers and employees.
- Engage with internal and external counsel on litigation and legislative/regulatory activities.
- Coordinate, communicate, and implement new Company programs, policies, practices, and procedures.
- Contribute to high-level project work that impacts our customers and organizations as a whole.
- Prior Property & Casualty Claim handling experience, with a focus on injury/casualty claims, litigation management, and claim investigation.
- Data analysis and leadership capabilities, including promoting customer focus, assessing challenges, inspiring teams, and driving results.
- Insurance education and/or higher education, with a valid driver's license required.
