Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Project Manager to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) group, you will play a critical role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services.

Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned projects to meet service delivery objectives and escalate to appropriate stakeholders as needed.
  • Perform troubleshooting for service incidents and escalate to meet SLA/OLAs with minimal disruption to the client/customer and business.
  • Proactively review schedules and avoid conflicts when possible, identifying and coordinating with others to accommodate scheduling needs.
  • Manage relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure all expectations are clarified, understood, documented, and met.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years industry experience, or 2+ years industry experience and college coursework.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
  • Preferred qualifications include 2+ years' experience in Critical Environment infrastructures or working in physical IT infrastructures, technical college degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field, and applicable certifications.
