Job Opportunity

Hancock Claims Consultants Technicians are seeking experienced Roof Field Inspectors to join their dynamic network of independent contractors. As a Roof Field Inspector, you will conduct assessments on steep and high roofs, evaluating exterior and interior damage, and performing underwriting property inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely navigate and inspect various types of roofs, including steep and high roofs.
  • Complete inspections in diverse weather conditions.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology to assess property damage and prevent further harm until permanent repairs are complete.
Requirements
  • Possess a reliable truck, van, or SUV with the ability to transport and carry at least a 32' ladder.
  • Ability to complete inspection documentation via a Hancock-approved device.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.
  • HAAG Certification is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain any required certifications or credentials to become part of our contractor pool.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
