Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN/LPN to join our team as a Pediatric Nurse Specialist. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional care to our patients and their families, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive and personalized care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to medically complex children in their homes, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements
  • RN/LPN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Available to work flexible shifts, including days and nights
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
