At Soliant, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an SLP with Soliant, you will work with clients of all ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to support client communication needs.
- Provide therapy sessions using a variety of techniques and tools to promote effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to support client outcomes.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to speech and language goal-setting.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a school setting is an advantage.
