Central Wisconsin Pain Medicine Opportunity for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our pain management team in central Wisconsin. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time position with a 4-day workweek. You will split your time between Stevens Point and Wisconsin Rapids, WI (approximately a 30-minute drive). This role comes with no call responsibilities and includes support from medical assistants and registered nurses. You can expect to see approximately 16 patients per day, including pre- and post-operative visits, with minimal medication management and no suboxone prescribed.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a pain management setting
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and prescribe medications as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid NP or PA license in the state of Wisconsin
- Prior experience in pain management, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
