Job Summary:

Archway Physician Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Geriatrics Physician to join our team as a Medical Director. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong clinical background and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general medical direction and supervision of the medical aspects of participant care.
  • Deliver high-quality participant care and oversee clinical outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain medical policies and procedures/standards and protocols.
  • Provide direction and supervision to related Primary Care Providers (PCPs).
  • Lead and guide program colleagues and providers in the local community.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and Board Eligible or already hold a Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Geriatric Medicine.
  • Minimum of one year of documented experience working with a frail or elderly population.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) certificate and DEA registration.
  • Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
