About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at TBC Corporation. As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate various material handling equipment (MHE) in a safe and efficient manner to receive, store, and ship products.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including their characteristics, features, and applications.
  • Unload and put-away product utilizing radio frequency (RF) technology to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Inspect inbound shipments for overages and shortages, and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Pick and stage product for shipment, and load trucks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, and assist in the overall sanitation of the distribution center.
  • Complete MHE reports as required by company policy and OSHA regulations.
  • Perform other tasks as defined by the supervisor or center manager.
Requirements
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Experience with RF scanners preferred.
  • Safety-first mentality and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Prior distribution center experience preferred.
  • Prior material handling equipment experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively while bending and twisting, and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds.
  • Background check and pre-employment drug screen.
