Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Security Flex Officer in a corporate setting. This position offers a unique opportunity for growth and flexibility.

Key Requirements:

  • Valid Texas Level II security license is mandatory.
  • Open availability is essential.
  • Competitive pay rate of $22.00 per hour.
Role Highlights:

This is a flexible position that may quickly transition into a full-time opportunity.

Work Schedule:

Shifts available include 6am - 2:30pm, 2pm - 10:30pm, and 10pm - 6:30am.

Uniforms:

All uniforms will be provided by Metro One.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor access control and verify identification.
  • Manage visitor logs and issue access badges.
  • Oversee CCTV operations.
  • Conduct vehicle and foot patrols.
  • Engage with authorized personnel and maintain security logs.
  • Uphold a professional demeanor while interacting with the public.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in military law enforcement or security roles.
  • Active Texas security guard license.
  • Graduation from a recognized Public Safety Academy.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • A minimum of four years of honorable military service.
  • Associate degree or equivalent credits in law enforcement or criminal justice.
  • Two years of verifiable experience in data center security.
  • Three years of verifiable experience in corporate security.
