Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Deliver personalized care to patients, focusing on their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Monitor Patient Progress: Regularly assess patient condition, identify potential complications, and take prompt action to prevent or address them.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and transparent communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in renal care.
Requirements
  • Education: Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Licensure: Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
  • Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification required.
  • Experience: Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
