Responsibilities
- Execute all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle both online and telephone reservations with precision.
- Communicate payment options to guests and verify credit card information.
- Register guests by collecting essential details such as contact information and stay dates.
- Greet guests upon arrival and allocate rooms accordingly.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel, available accommodations, pricing, and amenities.
- Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure all rooms are clean and well-prepared for guests.
- Confirm group bookings and arrange personalized services for special guests and event participants.
- Promote additional services and facilities when suitable.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and payments.
Required Skills
- Prior experience as a Hotel Guest Services Coordinator, Receptionist, or in a similar capacity.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems, such as Visual Matrix.
- Understanding of travel planning platforms like Booking and TripAdvisor.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
