Responsibilities

  • Execute all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Handle both online and telephone reservations with precision.
  • Communicate payment options to guests and verify credit card information.
  • Register guests by collecting essential details such as contact information and stay dates.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and allocate rooms accordingly.
  • Provide guests with information about the hotel, available accommodations, pricing, and amenities.
  • Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure all rooms are clean and well-prepared for guests.
  • Confirm group bookings and arrange personalized services for special guests and event participants.
  • Promote additional services and facilities when suitable.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and payments.

Required Skills

  • Prior experience as a Hotel Guest Services Coordinator, Receptionist, or in a similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems, such as Visual Matrix.
  • Understanding of travel planning platforms like Booking and TripAdvisor.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
