As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within our facility, you will undertake a range of responsibilities aimed at delivering exceptional patient care to our residents, adhering to your professional scope of practice.
The LPN/RN will oversee the comprehensive nursing care/service during their shift, ensuring the precise and prompt administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency responses as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Treat and care for residents and their belongings with dignity and respect.
- Plan, coordinate, and ensure quality care services for residents.
- Provide nursing care within your defined scope of practice.
- Maintain reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to uphold established care standards.
- Safeguard the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident.
- Keep accurate records of all care provided.
