The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective nursing interventions.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify potential nursing diagnoses and develop interventions to address them.
  • Implement and evaluate nursing interventions, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient care activities and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which the nurse practices.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
