We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Vascular Interventional Radiology Unit at Albany Medical Center.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer conscious sedation, hemodynamic monitoring, and manage vented and critical care patients.
- Phase 1 anesthesia recovery of pediatric and adult patients.
- Critical care experience with ACLS and/or PALS, with pediatric experience preferred.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and special tests, and documents treatment as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations.
Requirements:- Current RN licensure in the state of New York.
- Experience in critical care and perioperative nursing.
- Knowledge of ACLS and/or PALS, with pediatric experience preferred.
