  • Provide member service by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, reviewing member receipts, and acknowledging members to identify their needs.
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and process member purchases.
  • Maintain self-checkout area, resolve member issues, and promote Sam's Club products and services.
  • Assist with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity.
  • Assist with the training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly wage range: $19.00 to $26.00.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour.
