Speech-Language Pathologist - PreK to 12th Grade
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech and language assessments and therapy to students with communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of students' communication skills to identify areas of strength and weakness.
- Develop and Implement Therapy Plans: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators and families to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Monitor Progress and Adjust Plans: Regularly monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with School Staff: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to support students' educational needs and provide coordinated services.
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Must possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- State Licensure and Certification: Must be currently licensed in the state where the position is located (ASHA certification preferred).
- Experience in School Settings: While experience in school settings is desirable, it is not required.
- Strong Communication and Teamwork Skills: Must possess excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
