Job Summary

The Dishroom Attendant position at Hard Rock International is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dishroom areas.

This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency to ensure that all dishes, glassware, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a dish machine, maintaining a clean and organized dish room, and practicing safety and sanitation standards at all times.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Hard Rock International team and contribute to the success of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dish room and work area
  • Cleaning dishes and operating a dish machine
  • Practicing safety and sanitation standards
  • Emptying trash bins
  • Communicating professionally with co-workers and Front-of-the-House staff
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Food safety certification program completion (if required by state or local regulations)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
