We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Agape Care Group. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for managing the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services to our Hospice clients in a safe and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the coordination of care during the episode of care
- Provide education and training related to clinical practice issues and regulation and reimbursement changes
- Oversee the care team and provide leadership and guidance as needed
- Act as the Hospice Administrator or backup administrator as required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
- Current state license as a registered nurse
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred)
