We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced infant caregiver to join our team at Wyndy, Inc. as an Expert Infant Babysitter. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with infants and a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and attention.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch care and attention to infants, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being at all times.
- Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities to stimulate cognitive and motor skills.
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other caregivers and staff members to ensure seamless care and support.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in infant care and childcare.
- Current CPR and first aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Background check and positive references.
